| We are now offering a DP-3/Commercial General Liability Packages for a single family dwelling or a condo unit which are owned by a LLC, Corporation, Partnership and Trust. The maximum TIV for dwelling, other structure, contents and loss of use/rents is $1,500,000. Liability from $25,000 to $1,000,000 is available. All construction, including frame are eligible. All Florida counties except Monroe County are eligible. Competitive Wind/Hail rates based on distance to salt water and heavily discounted X - Wind/Hail rates is available. Commission is 12%. |
